- Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Robotic Cleaning System for Brake Caliper at HTDWS Scope of Works The robotic cleaning system shall be able to clean the removed brake calipers with and without parking brake from trains and the process shall be automated and programmed. The Scope of Works includes design, supply of hardware and software, installation, testing and commissioning for the robotic cleaning system. It consists of robotic arms with end effectors and a brake caliper mounting fixture inside the cabinet and equipped with high pressure water pumps / supply system, high suction pressure vacuum, human-machine interface panel and rail guided delivery shuttle for conveying the brake caliper into the cabinet. Submission of bids on or before 2:00 p.m. on 22 May 2023 (Hong Kong Time).
