Provision of SAP Enterprise Support Service from year 2022 to year 2023 to the Electrical and Mechanical Services Trading Fund
Description:-The scope of services covered by this tender comprises (1) rendering Enterprise Support for all SAP ERP system components serving the Electrical and Mechanical Services Trading Fund under authorisation of the original software vendor, including SAP Application Developer User, SAP Application Professional User, SAP Payroll Processing, SAP Treasury & Risk Management, SAP NetWeaver Gateway for Consumer Access, SAP Digital Access License and respective ancillary database run-time software; (2) providing related technical support resources including right of access to online resources and service granted by the original software vendor, such as SAP Notes and SAP ONE Support Launchpad portal; and (3) rendering support services in response to any potential SAP license audit.

Remarks:-This tender is covered by the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO GPA) and will not involve electronic auction. This notice also serves as a summary notice required under WTO GPA.
