- Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Underframe Inspection Robot for Rolling Stocks at Phd Scope of Works The scope of works shall include site surveys, design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the Underframe Inspection Robot, as well as provision of necessary training, technical supports and warranty. The system shall utilize high-resolution cameras, image processing, optical measurement, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies, etc. to perform functions including, but not limited to, the following as the trains are stationed at maintenance pits: · Identifying and reporting abnormalities on various train components, such as the train sides and visible underframe components, etc. · Measuring and reporting abnormalities related to missing or loosened screws and nuts, external objects, cracks, bake pad thickness, oil leakage, equipment handle shifted, missing or deformed equipment, equipment height, etc. · Collecting and storing high-resolution images, measurement data, and inspection results. Data analytics will be applied for wear trend analysis, predictive and prescriptive maintenance. · The project shall involve E&M provisions in maintenance pit and trackside area to provide necessary power supply and network, etc
