• Quadrennial Term Contract for Repairs, Operation and Maintenance of Boilers, Hot Water Installations, Steam Related Plant and Accessories at Various Venues of Security and Vehicle Services Division
  The works include repair, operation, maintenance, additions, alterations, replacement and improvement works of boilers, hot water installations, steam related plant and accessories at various venues of Security and Vehicle Services Division. The works are scheduled to commence in July 2026 and will take 48 months to complete.
  Remarks:-a. This tender is covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization and will not involve electronic auction. b. The tender documents are included in the Electronic Dissemination Package (“EDP”) which can be downloaded from the e-TS(WC) via this link (https://www1.ets.gov.hk/eTp_ext/views/index.zul). Hard copy of the EDP will not be issued. c. Regarding the use of e-TS(WC), tenderers should take note of the following: - (i) Prior to downloading tender documents, tenderers must register an account on the e-TS(WC).
  (ii) Certain electronic files required to be submitted with the tender require digital signature(s). Tenderers are advised to apply for the Organizational e-Cert in advance and ensure its validity.
