• Quinquennial Term Contract for the Comprehensive Maintenance and Repair of Lift Installations at Arsenal House, Police Headquarters, Wan Chai
  The works includes comprehensive maintenance and repair of Lift installations at Arsenal House, Police Headquarters, Wan Chai. The works are scheduled to commence in November 2026 and will take about 60 months to complete.
  Remarks:-1. This tender is covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization and will not involve electronic auction. 2. Open tendering is adopted. All interested contractors who also meet the following requirements are invited to tender:- (A) A tenderer shall be a registered lift contractor under the Laws of Hong Kong, Lifts and Escalators Ordinance (Chapter 618); and (B) A tenderer has completed Lift maintenance contracts in or outside Hong Kong within the past 10 years with the accumulated awarded contract sum of not less than HK$24 million; and (C) A tenderer shall not have any consecutive adverse reports on performance in DEVB's Contractor Management Information System, on-going or completed, with the last day of the reporting period as specified in the report falling within the 9-month assessment period (inclusive of the first and last day of the 9-month assessment period) 3.
