Description:
Prequalifications are invited for Replacement of up to 31 Existing Chillers in 12 Mtr Stations with a Total Cooling Capacity of Approximately 8,850 Rton. The scope of works includes the design, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of chillers including all associated equipment such as pumps, pipeworks, electrical systems, control systems, water supply systems, acoustic provisions and all necessary accessories for a complete chiller plant system. The existing constant speed air-cooled or water-cooled chillers and associated pumps shall be decommissioned, removed and disposed, and replaced with variable speed type (except for small capacity chillers less than 100 Rton). The new chiller plants shall be provided with optimization control (including AI/big data) for energy saving, enhanced reliability and improved maintainability. The site works for the replacement of the existing chillers shall be carried out during the winter periods and are tentatively scheduled to commence in the 4th quarter of 2022 with completion in early 2025. An option to replace up to 22 existing chillers of approximately 4,400 Rton from 2025 to 2028 will be included.
