Description:
Tenders are invited for Replacement of High Voltage and Low Voltage Power Supply Systems at Tate-S Cairn Tunnel The scope of the Works includes the replacement of HV switchboards, transformers, LV switchboards, generators, together with power and signal cables in between, and other associated accessories at Tate-s Cairn Tunnel. The Contract period is scheduled to commence in Mar 2023 for completion in Jul 2026. Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Industrial Type Electrical Installation” or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Industrial Type Electrical Installation” who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender. Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Industrial Type Electrical Installation” may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/category by 9 Nov 2022 (Wednesday) to Mr. WANG Kai, David, Boundary Crossing Facilities and Transport Services Division, 6/F., Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong, meet the qualifications and conditions for participation, and the application for inclusion is duly approved on or before the tender closing date.
