- Replacement of Stage Machineries and Stage Automation System at the Auditorium of Yuen Long Theatre
Description:-The scope of Works shall include replacement of stage machineries and stage automation system at the auditorium of Yuen Long Theatre, for 973 days. The Contract is scheduled to commence in November 2021 for expiry in June 2024.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Open tendering is adopted. All interested contractors who meet the following requirements are invited to tender:-
(A) The tenderer shall have completed at least one (1) stage machinery and stage automation system construction/replacement contract(s) in Hong Kong each of which with an awarded contract sum of not less than HK$15.6 million within the past 5-year, counting back from and including the original date set for the close of tender. In the case of a joint venture, only the lead participant or major shareholder is required to meet this minimum experience requirement.
(B) The tenderer shall assign a designated project team with key personnel including a Project Manager, a Site Supervisor, a Software Engineer, a Service Engineer, a Structural Engineer and a Technician with the minimum qualification and experience as stipulated in the tender documents.
Remarks:-This tender is not covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization and will not involve electronic auction.
