Description:
Replacement of Stage Machineries and Stage Automation System at Yuen Long Theatre of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
Description:-The scope of Works shall include replacement of stage machineries and stage automation system at the auditorium of Yuen Long Theatre of Hong Kong, for 912 days. The Contract is scheduled to commence in January 2022 for completion in June 2024.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Open tendering is adopted. All interested contractors who meet the following requirement are invited to tender:-
The tenderer shall have completed stage machinery and stage automation system construction/replacement contract(s) in Hong Kong with the accumulated awarded contract sum of not less than HK$15.6 million within the past 5-year, counting back from and including the original date set for the close of tender. In the case of a joint venture, only the lead participant or major shareholder is required to meet this minimum experience requirement.

Remarks:-This tender is not covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization and will not involve electronic auction.
A charge will be levied for delivery of tender documents where the delivery of tender documents is requested by a tenderer. A written request must be made.
