Tenders are invited for Replacement of Stage Machineries and Stage Automation System at Yuen Long Theatre of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for 912 Days. Forms of tender and further particulars are obtainable from the Receipt and Dispatch Office, Contract Advisory Unit, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department. Room G001, Ground Floor, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong (Tel. No.: (852) 2808 3643, Fax No.: (852) 2241 4082). Opening Hours: (i) Monday to Thursday—8.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon and 1.15 p.m. to 5.15 p.m. (ii) Friday—8:30 a.m. to 12.00 noon and 1.15 p.m. to 4.15 p.m. (iii) Saturday and Public Holidays—Closed Open tendering is adopted. All interested contractors who meet the following requirement are invited to tender:— The tenderer shall have completed stage machinery and stage automation system construction/ replacement contract(s) in Hong Kong with the accumulated awarded contract sum of not less than HKS15.6 million within the past 5-year, counting back from and including the original date set for the close of tender. In the case of a joint venture, only the lead participant or major shareholder is required to meet this minimum experience requirement.
