- The UNHCR Sub-Office Hong Kong is seeking a vendor to provide lead generation and outbound telemarketing services. This 2-steps approach acquisition programme consists of lead generation via online channel, then follow by telemarketing outbound call to convert lead to donor.The campaign’s objective is to achieve below results with total of HKD 200,000 media budget:1. New monthly donor: 2312.
