- The UNHCR Sub-Office Hong Kong is looking for qualified companies to provide digital and email content services. UNHCR requests quotations to provide services including but not limited to the scope of work described below, appendix and in the Financial Offer Form (see Annex C).We are seeking tocollaborate for a period of twelve months (phase 1) from the completion of this selection process; with a potential extension for a further period of twelve months (phase 2), subject to satisfactory performance. (1+1 year contract)Project duration:Phase 1 - 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026Phase 2 01August 2026- 31 July 2027(tentative start dates may be subject to change with possibility for a further twelve-month extension 1+1 year contract)Please find attached in Annex A additional information about the services required Terms of Reference(TOR).
