Subject:-4-year Term Contract for the Replacement and Expansion of Red Light Camera System and Speed Enforcement Camera System for Transport Department
Description:-The scope of the Works includes the replacement of Phase 1 & 2 Red Light Camera Systems, and the expansion of Red Light Camera Systems and Speed Enforcement Camera Systems for Transport Department. The Contract is scheduled to commence in July 2021 for expiry in June 2025.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Open tendering is adopted. Contractors who meet the following requirements are invited to tender:
Experience Requirement
The tenderer shall have completed relevant construction contract(s) with aggregated contract value of not less than Hong Kong Dollars twenty four million (HK$24 million), in or outside Hong Kong, within the past ten (10) years, counting back from and including the original date set for the close of tender regardless of any subsequent extension. In the case of a joint venture, only the lead participant or major shareholder is required to meet this minimum experience requirement.

Remarks:-This tender is covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization and will not involve electronic auction. This notice also serves as a summary notice required under the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization.
