Subject:-Quadrennial Term Contract for Operation and Maintenance of Air-conditioning Installations for Correctional Services Department in New Territories Region
Description:-The scope of the Works includes operation, maintenance, additions, alterations, replacement and improvement works of air-conditioning installations for the venues of Correctional Services Department in New Territories Region. The Contract is scheduled to commence in July 2021 for completion in June 2025.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Air-conditioning Installation (Group II)” or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Air-conditioning Installation (Group II)” who also meet the following qualifications and other conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender:
Required qualification / experience stipulated in Stage I Screening
