Subject:-Retrofitting of Water-cooled Chillers and Associated Installations in Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital
Description:-The scope of the Works includes replacement of two (2) sets of sea water-cooled chiller and two (2) sets of condensing water pump, and associated installations in Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital. The Contract is scheduled to commence in May 2021 for completion in June 2022.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Air-conditioning Installation (Group II)”, are invited to tender.
Contractor will be liable to have their names removed from the approved list if they fail or refuse to implement an accepted tender.

Remarks:-1. This tender is not covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization and will not be involved electronic auction. 2.
