Description:-The scope of works for this contract includes operation, maintenance, additions, alterations and improvement works of air-conditioning installations for the venues of Hong Kong Police Force, Independent Commission Against Corruption and Security Bureau in the New Territories. The works are scheduled to commence on 1 February 2017 and complete on 31 January 2020.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Air-conditioning Installation (Group II), or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Air-conditioning Installation (Group II), who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
