Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Automatic Capillary Electrophoresis Based DNA Analyser Systems to the Department of Health For analysing amplified DNA products from samples of Chinese medicines From the Contract Date and ending on the date when the Contractor has discharged all its obligations in relation to the Goods and the Warranty Services, both dates inclusive Submission of Tenders: For paper-based tendering, tenders must be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to the Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department, and deposited in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box situated on the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on the closing date of the tender as stated above. Tenders must be deposited in the tender box as specified above (“Specified Tender Box”) before the tender closing time. For electronic tendering, transmission of a tender through the e-Tender Box shall be successfully completed in accordance with the requirement of the e-Tender Box before the Tender Closing Time. Late tenders or tenders not deposited in the Specified Tender Box will not be accepted.
