Description:
Supply and Installation of Chiller Systems and Associated Equipment in Municipal Venues in the New Territories West
Description:-The scope of Works shall include supply and installation of chiller systems and associated equipment at Tuen Mun Cultural Complex. The Contract is scheduled to commence in July 2022 for completion in June 2023.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Air-conditioning Installation (Group II)” or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Air-conditioning Installation (Group II)” who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
Contractors will be liable to have their names removed from the approved list(s) if they fail or refuse to implement an accepted tender.
