• Supply and Installation of Electric Locks Security Systems at Shek Pik Prison, Siu Lam Psychiatric Centre and Stanley Prison for Correctional Services Department
  The works includes installation of high security electro-mechanical locks, CCTV cameras, video recording, access control system, metal gate and associated building works at Shek Pik Prison, Siu Lam Psychiatric Centre and Stanley Prison for Correctional Services Department. The works are scheduled to commence in August 2026 for completion in February 2032.
  Contractors Invited to Tender:-Open tendering is adopted. All interested contractors are invited to tender.
  
  Remarks:-The tender to be invited is covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization and will not involve electronic auction
  Open tendering is adopted. All interested contractors are invited to tender. The detailed requirements for joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors, if applicable, are stipulated in the tender documents.
