Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Supply and Installation of MVAC Systems for the Retail Centre of the Southside. Scope of Works The scope of works under this Contract includes supply and installation, modification, statutory submissions, inspections, testing and commissioning of the Mechanical Ventilation & Air-Conditioning (MVAC) systems for the retail centre, but excluding tenants- works. The main plants for MVAC system including chilled water main plant, cooling tower plants, those in AHU/PAU/Fan rooms with related main duct work stopped outside plant room and pipework stopped on arcade area would be provided by the contractors of the property developer. This Contractor shall: - Provide air ductwork and pipework distribution system servicing the retails area. - Coordinate with the contractors of the property developer on all necessary interfacing connections and testing and commissioning including but not limited to retail centre, integrated entrance during construction works. - Take lead for E&M combined services coordination and related combined builder-s work coordination in this fitting out works. To be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 18 January 2022 via the MTR Corporation Limited-s E-Tendering System. Late applications shall not be considered.
