All Expression of Interest in Triplicate, with the hard copies, in a sealed envelope marked “Invitation for Expression of Interest for the Supply and Installation of Scanning Systems, Computed Tomography for Prince of Wales Hospital, New Territories East Cluster, Hospital Authority (EOI Ref.: NTEC/P&MM/PFPE/21-T001-EOI)” must be deposited into the Tender Box situated at the following address on or before 12:00 noon on 13 October 2021 (Hong Kong Time). Late submission may not be accepted or considered. The Authority shall have absolute discretion to decide whether or not to accept such a late Expression of Interest. If you submit the Expression of Interest via a courier company, please ask the courier company to acknowledge receipt from the Administration, Procurement and Materials Management Office, NTEC at Room 027A, 3/F, Block D, Shatin Hospital, 29 A Kung Kok Street, Ma On Shan, Shatin, New Territories within service hour (Mondays to Fridays: 8:45 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:30; and Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed) before the courier deposits the Expression of Interest into the Tender Box.
