• Description:
• Expression of Interest are invited for Supply and Installation of Sterilizing Units, Germicidal Gas, Hydrogen Peroxide for Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital, New Territories East Cluster, Hospital Authority 1.1. Sterilizing Units, Germicidal Gas, Hydrogen Peroxide using hydrogen peroxide to sterilize medical devices. (M) 1.2. The sterilizer shall be capable to process device with stainless steel lumen as smaller as 0.7mm internal diameter and up to 500mm in length. (M) 1.3. The sterilizer shall be capable to process device with Polyethylene or Teflon material lumen as smaller as 1mm internal diameter and up to 1000mm in length. (M) 1.4. The sterilizer shall be capable to process flexible endoscope with lumen as smaller as 1mm internal diameter and up to 850mm in length. (M) 1.5. Networking capability to provide real time sterilization information for tracking and tracing capability. (O) 1.6. Capable to expand to cloud management or similar management technology in future to align with Government smart technology policy. (O) 1.7. Sterilizer's sterilization quality and process can be validated by Biological Indicator (BI) + Process Challenge Device (PCD) or functionally equivalent technology. (M) 1.8. BI/PCD information e.g. log number, expiry dates and test results shall be able to validate and match with sterilization cycle for accurate data tracking and tracing. (M) 2. Mechanical Specification / Requirement 2.1. Contractors should take care of all cabling connection from sterilizers to workstation. (M) 2.2. Sterilizers External Dimension & Weight: 2.2.1. Width: 1050mm or less 2.2.2. Height: 1950mm or less (M) (M) 16.1. Equipment offered shall comply with the safety requirements ofIEC60601-l / IEC61010-1 or equivalent. (M) 16.2. Equipment offered shall comply with the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements of IEC 60601-1-2 / IEC 61326-1 or equivalent. (M) 16.3. The sterilizer should be complied with the ISO 14937 or equivalent international standard. (M) 16.4. The Sterilizer offered shall have US FDA 510(k) pre-market notification clearance letter or CE Mark or equivalent regional regulatory approval/clearance. (M) 16.5. Equipment offered shall comply with IEC61010-2-040 or equivalent international standard. (M) 16.6. Equipment offered shall comply with ISO/ EN 17180 on Low temperature vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilizers - Requirements and testing (or equivalent international standard). (M) 16.7. The contractor shall provide at least one-year guarantee for the goods supplied, or any part or portion thereof, starting from the date of acceptance of the goods. During the guarantee period all services, which include replacement of faulty parts, scheduled and breakdown services by qualified maintenance personnel, shall be provided free of charge. (M)
