Reception Counter of Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department at 5/F, Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices, 303 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong; or 2. Electronic Tender Box (“ETB”) website (https://pcms2.gld.gov.hk). (Tenderers are reminded to note that Tender Addendum, if applicable, will be uploaded in this website. Please check from time to time and prior to submission of tender for any Addendum.)
