• Expression of Interest are invited for Supply and Installation of Video Systems, Endoscopic and Provision of Maintenance Service for Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Kowloon Central Cluster Hospital Authority 1. General Description This tender calls for supply, delivery and installation of 1 set of Video System. Endoscopic and the provision of 36-month post warranty maintenance service for the Operating Theratre of Department of Neurosurgery of Queen Elizabeth Hospital. (M) Equipment Specification 2. The Video System, Endoscopic shall be designed for Minimally Invasive Endoscopic Spine Surgery, it shall support different instrument sets and endoscopes for treating cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions respectively. (M) 3. The Video System, Endoscopic shall include the followings: 1) Endoscopic Video System Tower x 1 2) Transforaminal Endoscopic Surgical System x 1 3) Interlaminar Endoscopic Surgical System x 1 (M) 4. Specification of Endoscopic Video System Tower 4.1. The Endoscopic Video System Tower shall include: (M) 4.1.1. Camera and Light Source System x 1 (M) 4.1.2. Monitor x 1 (M) 4.1.3. Shave Drill Control System x 1 (M) 4.1.4. Radiofrequency System x 1 (M) 4.1.5. Irrigation Pump Unit x 1 (M) 4.1.6. System Trolley x 1 (M) 4.2. Camera and Light Source Svstem 4.2.1. It shall equip with a 4K image processor to support video output with 4K resolution for better surgical site visualization. (M) 4.2.2. It shall be a system which includes camera imaging processor and light source in one console. (M) 4.2.3. Support 4K video output via HDMI. (M) 4.2.4. Support FHD video output via DV1, 3G-SDI. HD-SDI. (M) 4.2.5. System front panel shall have 1 no. of USB 2.0 port to connect external devices for screenshot file storage. (M) 4.2.6. Image Setting: 4.2.6.1. Digital image zoom with at least 4 levels (M) 4.2.6.2. Image orientation with at least 4 options - Standard. Mirror. Flip and 180 0 or equivalent (M) 4.2.6.3. Endoscope image adjustment: image horizontal and vertical shift with at least 80 levels respectively (M) 4.2.6.4. Image sharpness with at least 7 levels (M) 4.2.6.5. Image brightness with at least 7 levels (M) 4.2.6.6. Image contrast with at least 7 levels (M) 4.2.6.7. Image saturation with at least 7 levels (M) 4.2.6.8. At least 3 options of image area for automated brightness control (e.g. small, medium and large) (M) 4.2.6.9. Image color shift with at least 7 levels (M) 4.2.6.10. Support white balance function to correct the color (M) temperature under different tight condition. The office hours of Kowloon Central Cluster Procurement and Supplies Department (CPSD), are from Monday to Friday 8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:33 p.m. except public holiday.
