Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Window Type Room Cooler Term Contract (2022/23 to 2023/24) for Housing Authority Estates, Areas and Buildings. Supply and installation of window type room coolers for HA Estates, Areas and Buildings, including replacement of existing window type room coolers of various cooling capacities due to aging or mal-function, and installation of new window type room coolers to complete the fitting-out works. Supply and Installation of Window Type Room Coolers for Ha Estates, Areas and Buildings, including Replacement of Existing Window Type Room Coolers of Various Cooling Capacities Due to Aging or Mal-Function, and Installation of New Window Type Room Coolers to Complete the Fitting-out Works. For those who are not on the respective DEVB Lists but interested in undertaking HA Air-conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Contract(s), they are required to apply to DEVB for consideration for admission on the DEVB List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works - Category: Air-conditioning Installation before they can undergo the pre-qualification assessment by respective teams of the Housing Department. For those who are not on the respective HA Lists but interested in undertaking HA contract(s), they are required to apply in writing to Senior Manager/Procurement 4 (SM/P4) of the Housing Department at the following address for consideration for admission on the HA Lists of Contractors.
