Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of Losartan Potassium Tablet 100mg The Tender Submission must be submitted in duplicate in hard copy and enclosed in a sealed plain envelope marked “Tender for the supply of Losartan Potassium Tablet 100mg; Closing Date 23 March 2022; Tender Reference: HAHO(S)/T/21-D220”, addressed to the Chairman, Tender Opening Committee; (b) A soft copy (i.e. a CD-rom) of Tenderer-s Schedules B1 to B4 and the documents required under Tenderer-s Schedules B1 to B4 in Part III of the Tender in pdf format must also be submitted as part of the Tender Submission. Each such document should be saved as a separate file with file name in such format as specified in each Tenderer-s Schedule. The CD-rom must be properly labelled and included in the sealed envelope of the Tender Submission which is marked with the details as mentioned above. Tenderers should ensure that the hard copy and the soft copy contain the same documents and in case of discrepancies between the two, the soft copy will be treated as the final version; and (c) The Tender Submission must be deposited in the Hospital Authority Head Office Tender Box situated at 7 th Floor, Multicentre Block A, Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital, 3 Lok Man Road, Chai Wan, Hong Kong on or before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) (“Tender Closing Time”) on 23 March 2023 (date) (“Tender Closing Date”). Where a Tenderer submits its Tender Submission via courier and a receipt is needed, the Tenderer should give instruction to the courier to contact the Tender Opening Committee Registry at 7th Floor, Multicentre Block A, Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital, 3 Lok Man Road, Chai Wan, Hong Kong before the courier deposits the Tender Submission into the Tender Box.
