Tender documents on compact discs (CD-ROMs) are obtainable from the Information Technology Management Section 1, Information Technology Management Division, Education Bureau, Unit E, 29th Floor, E-Trade Plaza, 24 Lee Chung Street, Chai Wan, Hong Kong (Tel.: (852) 3427 3360, Fax: (852) 3427 9699, E-mail address: (sm_itml3@edb.gov.hk)). The tender documents may also be downloaded from the e-Tender Box (ETB) system. Information about e-tendering is available on ETB website: (https://pcms2.gld.gov.hk). 5.
