Description : Airport Authority (the “Authority”) is planning to develop a vehicular and pedestrian connection, named as the Airportcity Link, between Hong Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities Island and Airport Island (the Project) to cater for the anticipated upsurge in visitors to SKYCITY and Asia World Expo coming via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the Tuen Mun-Chek Lap Kok Link.This Contract includes the provision of an Independent Environmental Checker (IEC) with supporting team to audit the overall Environmental Monitoring and Audit performance for the Project to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Environmental Permit (EP), any variation(s) of the EP issued by the Environmental Protection Department, EM&A Manuel and Project Profile.The Authority hereby invites tenders from suitably environmental consultants with PROVEN EXPERIENCE and the CAPABILITY in the provision of the above consultancy services.
