Description : The Airport Authority Hong Kong (“the Authority”) is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport (“the Airport”).The Authority hereby invites tenders from interested organizations with proven experience and capability for the provision of the design, supply, installation and maintenance of Hold Baggage Screening System. Details of the invitation will be set out in the Letter of Invitation which consists of the Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission which will be released via our e-tendering system - ePROS in the week commencing 26th July 2021.This is an open tender covered by the Revised World Trade Organization Agreement.To request for a set of Tender Documents, interested parties shall: Submit (i) a signed Confidentiality Undertaking AND (ii) submit a document charge, in the form of a cashier order of USD50,000 payable to “Airport Authority” OR telegraphic transfer of USD50,000 to obtain a copy of the Tender Documents.
