Description:-The scope of the works includes maintenance and repair of, alteration, addition and improvement works to electrical installations maintained by General Engineering Services Division of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department. The contract is scheduled to commence in October 2024 for expiry in September 2027.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Electrical Installation (Group III)” or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Electrical Installation (Group III)” who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
