- The 2026 International Mid-Autumn Lantern Carnival is a flagship cultural initiative organised by HKTB, to be held at Victoria Park from 19 to 27 September 2026 (with a possible extension to 4 October 2026). HKTB is seeking a Production Contractor as principal execution team for: Part A Masterpiece Lantern Set & Thematic Lantern Decorations: Chinese Mainland-to-Hong Kong logistics, storage, on-site installation, daily maintenance, and dismantling of one (1) Masterpiece Lantern and four (4) Thematic Lantern Decorations, under the guidance of the Lantern Curator. Part B1 - International Lantern Corridor: Design, sourcing, production, installation, daily maintenance, and dismantling of all International Lantern Corridor decorations, including collection and storage of Provided Lanterns from designated handover points. Part B2 Mooncake Street: Design, sourcing, production, installation, daily maintenance, and dismantling of the 'Mooncake Street' infrastructure, including sales booth structures, marquee tops, furniture, and associated decorative elements. Tenderers may bid on Part A only, Part B only, or both Parts.
