Description : The Airport Authority Hong Kong (the “Authority”) is undertaking to expand the existing two runway system at Hong Kong International Airport into a three runway system (3RS). Additional Government facilities required for the operation of the 3RS include among others two new fire stations in the 3RS Eastern Support Area, namely the East Fire Station (EFS) and Landside Fire Station (LFS).Contract 3804 (this Contract) includes the construction of the EFS and LFS with piled foundations (the Works). EFS is a 3-storey building with a total floor area of approximately 4,900m² and LFS is a 4-storey building with a total floor area of approximately 5,500m². A location plan of the EFS and LFS is attached for information.Invitations to tender for this Contract are planned to be issued in April 2022. The Works are to be completed within a period of 24 months. The procurement method for this Contract, the conditions for participation, tender selection criteria and other pertinent details are detailed in the Prequalification Invitation Document.The Authority invites expressions of interest from organisations with PROVEN EXPERIENCE and the CAPABILITY to manage and construct the Works.
