Description : The Airport Authority (the “Authority”) is implementing expansion of the Airport into a three-runway system (3RS) which requires among other things the construction of cross dock.Contract 3806 (this Contract) includes the construction of Cross Dock and associated works on the new reclamation of the 3RS project (the “Works”). The Cross Dock is a single storey building with a total floor area of approximately 4,000m2. A location plan of the Cross Dock is attached for information.Invitations to tender for this contract are planned to be issued in Q1 2023. The Works are to be completed within a period of approximately 1.5 years. The procurement method for this contract, conditions for participation, tenderer selection criteria and other pertinent details are detailed in the Prequalification Invitation Document.The Authority invites expressions of interest from organisations with PROVEN EXPERIENCE and the CAPABILITY to manage and conduct the Works. Suitable contractors should be experienced in the major building works and will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience and ability in undertaking similar projects.Applicants who wish to express their interest in prequalifying to tender for the above contract should forward their name...
