Triennial Term Contract for Building Services Fitting-out, Replacement and Improvement Works to Health Sector Venues in Kowloon West Region
Description:-The scope of the Works includes building services fitting-out works, replacement, addition, alteration and improvement works in hospital, clinics and venues operated by Hospital Authority and Department of Health in Kowloon West Region. The Contract is scheduled to commence in June 2022 for expiry in May 2025.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Air-conditioning Installation(Group II)” or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers and Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “ Air-conditioning Installation(Group II)” who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers and Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “ Air-conditioning Installation(Group II)” may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approve...
