Triennial Term Contract for Electrical, Mechanical, Air-conditioning, and Building Services Fitting-out, Replacement, and Improvement Works for Various Venues in New Territories Region and Outlying Islands
The works include Electrical, Mechanical, Air-conditioning, and Building Services Fitting-out, Replacement, and Improvement Works for various government venues in New Territories Region and Outlying Islands. The works are scheduled to commence in December 2025 and will take 36 months to complete.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works in Group II under the Air-conditioning Installation Category or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works in Group II under the Air-conditioning Installation Category, who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.The detailed requirements for joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors, if applicable, are stipulated in the tender documents.
