Triennial Term Contract for the Engineering Services for E&M and Other Installations at Crematoria and Columbaria of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
Description:-The scope of the service includes the engineering services of electrical, mechanical and other installations at Crematoria and Columbaria of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The contract is scheduled to commence in June 2024 for expiry in May 2027.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Electrical Installation (Group III)” or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Electrical Installation (Group III)” who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Electrical Installation (Group III)” may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/category by 5 March 2024 to ...
