Triennial Term Contract for Maintenance of Air-Conditioning Installation and Other Associated Facilities at Unattended Municipal Venues in Kowloon
Description:-The scope of the Works includes operation and maintenance of air-conditioning and associated installations for municipal venues of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in Kowloon Region. The Contract is scheduled to commence in March 2022 for expiry in February 2025.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Air-Conditioning Installation (Group II)” or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Air-Conditioning Installation (Group II)” who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Air-Conditioning Installation (Group II)” may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/categor...
