Description:-The scope of the works includes operation, maintenance, repair, alteration, addition and improvement of electrical and mechanical installations at Hong Kong Wetland Park, Kwu Tung North Multi-welfare Services Complex and Various Premises in New Territories Region. The Contract is scheduled to commence in March 2024 for expiry in February 2027.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Air-conditioning Installation (Group II)- or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Air-conditioning Installation (Group II)- who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
