Triennial Term Contract for Maintenance of Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning Installations for Seven Boundary Contol Points
Description:-The scope of the Works includes provision of maintenance services, and carrying out of alteration, addition, replacement and improvement works of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations for venues of the Customs and Excise Department, Immigration Department and Other Departments in seven boundary Control Points. The contract is scheduled to commence in February 2022 for completion in January 2025.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Air Conditioning Installation (Group II)” or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Air Conditioning Installation (Group II)” who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
