Triennial Term Contract for Maintenance of Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning Installations for The Venues of Boundary Crossing Facilities and Transport Services Division
The works include provision of maintenance services, and carrying out of alteration, addition, replacement and improvement works of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations for venues of the Customs and Excise Department, Immigration Department, Transport Department, Highways Department and other government departments in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories. The works are scheduled to commence in July 2025 for completion in June 2028.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works in Group II under the Air-conditioning Installation Category or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works in Group II under the Air-conditioning Installation Category, who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
