• Triennial Term Contract for Operation and Maintenance of Air-conditioning Installations for Hong Kong Police Force, Correctional Services Department, Fire Services Department, Independent Commission Against Corruption and Security Bureau in Hong Kong Cluster for the Government of The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
  The works include operation, maintenance and alteration, addition, improvement and replacement works of air-conditioning installations for venues of the Hong Kong Police Force, Correctional Services Department, Fire Services Department, Independent Commission Against Corruption and Security Bureau in Hong Kong Cluster. The works are scheduled to commence in February 2027 for completion in January 2030.
  Remarks:-1. This tender to be invited is covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization and will not involve electronic auction. 2. The tender documents are included in the Electronic Dissemination Package (‘EDP-) which can be downloaded from the e-TS(WC) via this link (https://www1.ets.gov.hk/eTp_ext/views/index.zul). Hard copy of the EDP will not be issued. 3.
