Triennial Term Contract for Operation and Maintenance of Heating, Ventilation, Air-conditioning and Other Installations for Municipal Venues in the New Territories West Areas
The works include the operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and other installations for various municipal venues of the New Territories West Areas in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The works are scheduled to commence in January 2026 and will take about 36 months to complete.
Remarks:-(a) The tender to be invited is covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization and will not involve electronic auction. (b) The tender documents are included in the Electronic Dissemination Package (“EDP”) which can be downloaded from the e-TS(WC) via this link (https://www1.ets.gov.hk/eTp_ext/views/index.zul). Hard copy of the EDP will not be issued.
