Triennial Term Contract for Provision of PABX and Intercom Systems at the New Huanggang Port Boundary Control Point for the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
The works include design, supply, delivery and installation of Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) and Intercom Systems and associated Equipment at the new Huanggang Boundary Control Point and associated facilities at remote office for the user departments including AFCD, C&ED, DH, FEHD, FSD, GPA, HKPF, IMMD and TD. The works are scheduled to commence in September 2025 and the contract period is 36 months.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Open tendering is adopted. All interested contractors are invited to tender. The detailed requirements for joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors, if applicable, are stipulated in the tender documents.

Remarks:-a. The tender to be invited is not covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization and will not involve electronic auction. b. A charge will be levied for delivery of tender documents where the delivery of tender documents is requested by a tenderer. A written request must be made. c.
